The Association conducts and supports research in the field of private international law and cooperates internationally in the field of research on private international law, also taking into account international family law. It develops contacts of people and academic communities engaged in research in the field of private international law and develops society’s awareness and legal culture in the field of private international law. The organization also expresses views and opinions on issues relating to private international law and formulates proposals for legislative changes in national and international ( in particular – the European) legal order.
