Types of judgement of divorce

In the divorce judgement, the court has the following options (depending on the circumstances of the case):

• Dissolution of marriage with verdict indicating culpability of both spouses for breakdown of marriage
• Dissolution of marriage with verdict indicating sole culpability of one of the spouses for breakdown of marriage
• Dissolution of marriage without verdict indicating culpability or breakdown of marriage – agreed request of both spouses – the Court is bound to issue the judgement with no determination of guilt,
• Dissolution of marriage establishing that non of the spouses is declared responsible for the breakdown of the marriage due to mental illness or an incurable disease .

They require a very intensive involvement not only from our side but also from client’s side as evidence showing the other party responcibility for breakdown of the marriage needs to be collected.
