Types of judgement of divorce
In the divorce judgement the court has the following options (depending on the circumstances of the case):
Dissolution of marriage with verdict indicating culpability of both spouses for breakdown of marriage
Dissolution of marriage with verdict indicating sole culpability of one of the spouses for breakdown of marriage
Dissolution of marriage without verdict indicating culpability or breakdown of marriage – agreed request of both spouses – the Court is bound to issue the judgement with no determination of guilt,
Dissolution of marriage establishing that non of the spouses is declared responsible for the breakdown of the marriage due to mental illness or an incurable disease .
Divorces with verdict indicating culpability for breakdown of the marriage
Divorces with verdict indicating culpability for breakdown of the marriage are quite complicated and long-term procedures. They require a very intensive involvement not only from our side but also from client’s side as evidence showing the other party responcibility for breakdown of the marriage needs to be collected.
